ABOUT US
AVWest is based at the Perth Jet Centre, Perth Airport in Western Australia. We own and operate a fleet of modern aircraft and helicopters from our own private facility just 12km from the Perth CBD. Our aircraft range from single turbo prop aircraft through to our wide body business jet and include single engine and twin IFR helicopters giving us the capability to supply the right aircraft for your charter.
AVWest owns and operates the Perth Jet Centre which provides round the clock ground handling for all types of business aircraft, both from within Australia and overseas. The Perth Jet Centre's VIP lounge facility, on site car parking and vehicle to aircraft access provides our clients with the highest levels of comfort, privacy and security. For your international operations we will provide all Customs, Immigration and Quarantine services together with a full range of FBO services including catering, ground transport/accommodation, refueling, aircraft and aircrew support.
AVWest has a broad range of clientele including corporate, private and Government entities both within Australia and overseas. We provide a 24 hour, comprehensive business aviation service with our modern fleet of charter aircraft equipped to airline standard or better and supported by the very best in service excellence with our experienced staff.
Our Flight Department operates under a CASA approved Air Operators Certificate which includes operations for not only within Australia but also any international destination. Our Flight Crews have in excess of 35,000 hours of flying experience and undergo training both in house and, with specialised organizations to ensure that they are fully trained and up to date with all current requirements and emergency procedures. Training is regularly provided to focus on crew team work and flight safety. We are also periodically audited by external companies to ensure that we comply with the strictest safety standards required in the aviation industry today.
Our maintenance department continually monitors the current status of our aircraft and provides forward maintenance planning utilizing our own "in-house" computerised program in conjunction with all factory maintenance programs. This process ensures that all maintenance items are scheduled ahead of our flying requirements. All of our required aircraft are equipped with the very latest in all necessary safety features including Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems and Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Systems |
